During these challenging times, we can all use a helping hand.  The complexities of modern life can trigger fears, frustration, and depression.  Our habitual reaction to difficulties prevents us from living life fully.  The desire for a more authentic connection to our Self may become apparent and our difficulties may be turned into opportunity.

Under stress and difficult circumstances our metaphorical inner child may attempt strategies that at one time worked, but are no longer helpful in an adult world.  These outmoded structures of the personality tend to thwart our successful navigation of life.  Our reactivity may stymie our ability to live creatively and dull our curiosity and confidence.  This part of our self needs the support and encouragement of our wise mind, the connection to our authentic Self.
